  • Check-in begins at 4:00 PM on Monday, June 1.

  • Check-out is at 9:00 AM on Thursday, June 4.

  • Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the ranch.

  • Yes — ground transportation will be arranged for you between your arrival airport and Brush Creek Ranch (roundtrip).

    If you prefer independent travel, you may also choose to rent a vehicle.

  • Your stay is all-inclusive, including:

    • Luxury accommodations

    • All meals

    • Beer, wine, and spirits

    • A wide range of ranch experiences during scheduled activity sessions

    A limited number of premium experiences may be available at an additional cost.

  • You may select one experience in the morning and one experience in the afternoon each full day.


    On departure day, only a morning experience is available (flight schedule permitting).

  • Please add your name and your guest’s name, if applicable, to the live sign-up sheet in the Activities section for each morning and afternoon session.

  • Yes — changes can be made up to one week prior to the event, subject to availability.

  • Golf is available at Old Baldy Club, located approximately 20 miles from Brush Creek Ranch. Roundtrip transportation will be provided.

    Please note that golf cannot be selected through the general activities sign-up spreadsheet. Guests interested in golfing must contact us directly at wyoming@overseasnetwork.com to request availability.

    Golf access and club rentals are extremely limited. Guests are strongly encouraged to bring their own clubs.

    All tee times are subject to course availability and potential tournament blackout dates.

  • Yes — each guest will receive one 60-minute spa treatment per stay (either a massage or a facial).

    To schedule your included treatment and make your reservation, please add one time slot under your name on your preferred day and time directly on the planning sheet. Click the button at the bottom of this page to access it.

    Please keep in mind: if you select a spa time slot during the scheduled activity blocks on Tuesday, 06/02, or Wednesday, 06/03 (morning or afternoon), the spa appointment will replace your activity for that time period.

  • Brush Creek Ranch provides water hydration bottles and water, sunscreen, lip balm, bug repellent, umbrellas, hand sanitizer, shampoo/conditioner/body wash/facial soap, bathrobes, and access to laundry with detergent and softener, as well as ponchos for quick rain showers.

  • Attire at Brush Creek Ranch is Wyoming / Rocky Mountain casual. During the day, we recommend comfortable outdoor or western-style clothing suitable for your planned activities. Mornings and evenings can be cooler, so layers are encouraged.

  • Yes. After 4:00 PM, The Farm at Brush Creek (Cheyenne Club) follows a Western Chic / Ranch Style dress code.

    • For women: dresses, skirts, dress jeans, or slacks (cowboy boots welcome).

    • For men: dress jeans or slacks with a collared shirt and cowboy boots; jackets are encouraged.

    Non-collared shirts, polo shirts, worn jeans, tennis shoes, and baseball caps are not permitted.

  • Yes — the property provides one golf cart per unit for guest use during the stay.
